Tracy Lynn McDowell 45, began a new journey on Friday January 6, 2006. Tracy was the cherished wife of Bill McDowell for 25 years, loving mother of Billy and Michael (Jami). Daughter of Marilyn and the late Richard Brum, sister of Vikki Greenwalt and Terrie Noll, daughter in law of William McDowell (Rita) and Providence McDowell, sister in law of Joanne McDowell. Tracy was a devoted employee of Deer Valley School District for 16 years. A celebration of Tracy’s Life will be held Friday January 13, 2006 at 7:30 PM, Boulder Creek High School located at 40404 N. Gavalin Peak Pkwy Anthem, AZ. Celebration to be held in the Performing Arts Building with food and drinks to follow in the cafeteria. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to The Make A Wish Foundation (in memory of Tracy McDowell) and/or blood donations to The American Red Cross.
